Carol Nichols

Carol Nichols has memories of playing with paper dolls at a very young age, and has always loved & collected them. She began making porcelain dolls as an adult, teaching classes, selling her dolls at doll shows, and participating in competitions all over the states. She has written for Doll Maker's Workshop and Doll Crafter Magazine. She accumulated her vast paper doll collection mostly through eBay.

Craig Nissen

Collecting Nelson McCoy pottery has been one of Craig's obsessions for over 25 years. Modest cost and ample supply were motivating factors to his early collecting. Craig's favorite was the Butterfly line and Pat, his wife, loved the floral vases. Eventually their interests broadened to wall pockets, miniatures and large pieces, and the whole Nelson McCoy line began "coming home."

In addition to McCoy pottery, Craig and Pat enjoy collecting Aladdin electric lamps, fruit and vegetable wall pockets other than McCoy, as well as examples of several other potteries. Collecting cupid photos is Pat's favorite activity. Needless to say, space soon became and still remains a challenge. Craig and Pat live in the Greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin, area and they have one daughter, Nicole.
